Obama offers an energetic stability to Eastern Europe.
The American president Obama announced that USA is ready to
help with the energetic stability and the diversification of the sources in
Eastern Europe.
We are ready to help Ukraine and the countries from Central
and Eastern Europe in the field of the energetic stability and diversification
of the energetic sources.
That was announced at a joint press conference with the
Britain Prime Minister, David Cameron, by the American president Barack Obama
after the end of the two-day meeting of G-7 in Brussels, reported BTA.
David and I are determined to co-operate for the enchanting
the security of our partners in NATO at Central and Eastern Europe, added
Obama.
Russia was excluded from G-8 because of the crisis in
Ukraine, Russia has to admit the new Ukrainian president Petro Proroshenko and
to have a dialog with the Ukrainian government.
Moscow has the responsibility to make the separatists to put
down the weapon and to start talks with the Ukrainian government, announced
Obama.
We are at a point where the President Vladimir Putin can
return to the international law. He can negotiate with Poroshenko. The new
Ukrainian president realized the necessity of the relations with Russia.
Putin has to use this moment and has to admit that
Poroshenko is the new legitimate Ukrainian president.
If he does that we will consider starting the dialog again,
otherwise will have to take additional actions.
He added, that they are preparing “heavier and wider
sanctions against Moscow”, which are going to have bigger impact on Russia and
least possible impact on Europe.
I hope we are going to get to the point, recently the
president Putin took some better decisions, commented Obama.
The president of the USA announced that unconditionally he
is going to meet Putin on Friday in France.
If we get the chance to talk, I would tell him again, that
“Russia has an interest of what’s happening in Ukraine”, there should be peace
and also the support and the encouraging the separatists is illegal.
